Author Guidelines

Publication Ethics and Publication Malpractice Statement

The standards of expected ethical behavior for all parties involved in the act of publishing (authors, journal editor, peer reviewers and publisher) are based on  COPE’s Best Practice Guidelines for Journal Editors. The <Code of Conduct adopted by NAV 2012> can be downloaded here.

Paper selection will be based on abstracts to be posted by the auhor(s) on this web site. 

Abstracts (of max 300 words in length) should indicate author' name(s), e-mail address(es) and organization(s).

Abstract will be submitted for their evaluation to the Conference Scientific Committee.

Notification of acceptance will be communicated to the author(s) by February 20th, 2012.

Deadline for submission of full length papers will be May 21st, 2012. Full paper are to be written in accordance with the template format.

The Conference Scientific Committee has the title to finally evaluate the papers and ask for further submission if deemed necessary.

Notification of Final Acceptance will be communicated by June 29th, 2012.
