The time schedule of the three day Conference has been completed.

The conference will be opened Wednesday 17 October, starting at 9:30.

On behalf of the Guest Country, an Opening Speech will be delivered by Panayotis Yannoulis, with an outlook over Greece, its maritime industry and research centres.

It will be followed by the Workshop on Energy Saving and High Efficiency Devices, conducted by Perseveranza ‘s Umberto d’Amato.

On Wednesday afternoon three technical sessions will run contemporarily in three rooms of the Centro Congressi Federico II.

On Thursday 18 October, morning,  three technical sessions will take place until 13:00.

In the afternoon, the delegates and accompanying persons will have the possibility of visiting the historical Palazzo Reale di Napoli. On the evening, the traditional gala dinner will be hosted in the Villa Doria d’Angri, over the hill of Posillipo. The captivating atmosphere of Naples will facilitate the establishment of the relations among the delegates, accompanying persons, representatives of the Italian shipping and research sectors.

On Friday 19 October the technical sessions concerning the Operational Stream and the Research Stream will continue in two rooms of Centro Congressi. In a third room the Symposium on Composites chaired by Ignazio Crivelli Visconti, will be held in the morning, and a Workshop on Water Ballast Management, conducted by  Fratelli d’Amico Manager Massimo De Domenico will be held in the afternoon.

Conclusions and conference closure will be in Aula Magna of Centro Congressi at 18:00.
