CART is an European project for the construction of an innovative vessel towing system in an emergency. The coordination of the project, in which the University of Zagreb,the CNR, DNV Oslo, the Estonian shippingcompany PKL and the Romanian company SRD Macciano Instalatia all take part, is entrusted to the Genoese firm of Posidonia which is specialised in the production and supply of marine deck equipment.
