NAV 2012 proved to be a major event for the ship and shipping research international community.

 Many and new topics were addressed by excellent speakers, discussion panelists and the audience. More than 150 delegates attended the conference sessions, workshops, symposium. The lively debates which concluded every session were significant evidence of the importance and validity of the presentations.

 Because of its great success and the relevance of the conference, we think that also those who couldn’t attend the conference will be interested to read the conference proceedings.
